This blogg is to report details regarding a California resident that is putting innocent people at risk. Some time ago, I learned the following information directly from the offender. At the time she confided in me my husband and other friends. I was both shocked and concerned, and tried to convince her to make changes in her life. Then, some time later when I realized that the full extent that her behavior continued, I decided to send this report to notify authorities.

I am very concerned for the well being of all California
drivers.
Shirley Leung has multiple DUIS. On her last conviction The Superior Court of
Santa Clara County ordered the following: Probation,
community service, AAA classes and her driver license was suspended. She had to install an ignition interlock
device on her car.
Later she qualified for a restricted driver license. She was allowed to drive her car only to go
to work from Monday- Friday. Her job place was only 1.5 miles away from her
house. Shirley Leung did not follow the
Judge order, and she continued to drive.
Shirley C. Leung has a sister, Grace Ching See Leung, who
used to live in California. Many years
ago, Grace relocated back to China and has continued to live in Hong Kong and
China for the last 14 years. As a part
of a scheme to mislead authorities, Shirley C Leung went to the DMV with her
sister’s documents (without her sister’s knowledge) and applied for a renewal of
Driver License under the name Grace Ching See Leung. Shirley forged her sister’s signature and
since she has a resemblance to her sister, was able to have a new Drivers
License picture taken at the DMV.
Shirley usually drives a light blue Toyota Lexus IS. Once she received the fraudulent Drivers
License, she bought a second car, (an older Volkswagen Jetta – dark blue). She then changed the registration of her
Toyota Lexus to Grace Ching See Leung, and got a new car insurance policy under
that name. She then registered the Volkswagen
Jetta under her name, Shirley Leung, and had the Court mandated ignition interlock
device installed in the VW Jetta.
Shirley told us that she didn’t want her coworkers to know
of her issues, so she drove her Lexus everywhere including to go to work in San
Ramon. She said that she needed to use
her Lexus because she often drove coworkers to lunch. She just couldn’t risk the
embarrassment. She also chose to drive
the Lexus to multiple social activities and singing engagements in San Jose,
Fremont, Walnut Creek, and even Monterey.
These events almost always involved excessive drinking and driving. I’ve witnessed it first hand on many
occasions. She won’t stop, and just
doesn’t want to give up her “life”. She

When I’ve questioned her further, Shirley stated that she
knew a person who works for the DMV who somehow instructed her or helped her
obtain the fraudulent Drivers License. More
recently I’ve also learned that Shirley Leung is changing her information in
every possible People search engines and even social media profiles on the
internet. She is now “Sher Ly” on
Facebook. She is also associating her
phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, and website domain with
people that live in different cities and states. It seems obvious she is working hard to
conceal her true identity and personal information. She even mentioned going to Court to change
her name from Shirley C Leung to Shirley Walker to mislead law
enforcement.

Shirley Leung's sneaky life is allowing her to get away with every single crime she has commited and still is.
